HONDURAS REVOLT
MARTIAL LAW DECLARED
NEW YORK, 20th April. A message from Tegucigalpa (Honduras) states that the Honduran Congress has declared a state of martial law throughout the country, following the revolution on the northern coast which began on Sunday.
