Clyncs, in answer to questions, said that the Government was not prepared'to-give the right of asylum in England to Trotsky for reasons already explained. . Miss Lee (Labour): "Why is it possible for the King of Spain V The Speaker'ruled the question out of order. , Major Horc-Belisha (Liberal): "Is it the Government's policy not to admit political refugees'" Mr. Clyncs: 'Certainly not."
