STRONG FEELING ROUSED
(Received 21st April, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 20th April. hi the House of Commons the Sunday Performances Bill passed ■ its second reading by 258 votes to 210. Large crowds gathered .outside the
House waiting the result with rival shouts "Give us liberty," and "Down with the Continental Sunday." The House was crowded throughout the debate, which aroused stronger1 feelings than anything since the Prayer Book controversy.
