(Received 21st April, 1 p.m.) KOBE,.2Oth April. The floating, cannery, Genzan Maru, wirelessed on 16th April to say that she had been caught in the icepack off Kamchatka. "Our drinking water is nearly finished." On 19th April she wirelessed again that the icepack'had carried her northwards amid ' intense cold. There is anxiety as to the fate of six hundred of a crew who are practically beyond the-range, of rescue.
