Residents of Wellington arid district will X have an opportunity to-morrow of show- [) ing ; their appreciation of the work that J is being carried on by the Wellington X Free Ambulance. Collections will be made J) in various parts of the city and district, [) and a ready response is expected to the X appeal tliat is being made. The Free X Ambulance commenced operation on 9th 5 November, 1928, and up to 28th February, [) 1931. had attended to 21.526 cases, and its X cars have travelled 222,051 miles.
