The junior A championship match between University and Midland, which was commenced recently, was concluded on Saturday, University scoring an outright win. University 230 and 99 for five j wickets (Robinson 13, Dalgleish 26 not out, Osborne 14, Carey 19, Macdonald 15); Midland, first innings 126, second innings 202 (Cutts 78 not out, Robertson 49, Bromley 16, Armstrong 10). Bowling for University, Macdonald took five wickets for 84, R. Osborne three for 60, and Kirkcaldie one for 19. For Midland, Robertson took two for 58 and Cooper two for j 33. - Junior B. The final of the junior B championship was commenced at Porirua on Saturday. Midland (South Wellington), first innings T66 (Currie 42, Kennedy 33, Lye 21, C. Gell 19, Thorn 25). Bowling for Porirua, Jeffreys took four wickets for 52, Williams three for 28, J. Trewick one for 2, EH one for 28, and Clark one for 30. Porirna, ]52 for three wickets (Jeffreys 39 not out, j H.
