The following were results at the North of England tennis tournament :■— Combined Doubles. —Fourth round: Andrews and Miss Fry beat Lester and Miss Dyson, 8-6, 6-2; Malfroy anl Mrs. Hawkins beat David and Misa Heeley, 7-5, 10-8. Men's Singles.—E. D. Andrews (New Zealand) defeated Kingsley (holder), 7-5 6-4; Gregory defeated Malfroy (New Zealand), 64, 5-7, 6-1. Final: Andrews beat Gregory, 6-0, 9-7. Men's Doubles.—Final: Gregory and Kingsley beat Andrews and Malfroy, 6-1, 6-3. ■ _
