A TIME OF "GIVE-AWAY"
UNLICENSED RADIO SETS (By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") AUCKLAND, 22nd August. "Most of these cases seem to have been found during the period when the British footballers were in New Zealand," said a man in charge of wireless prosecutions in the police Court to-day, when seventeen persons wore fined for keeping unlicensed radio sets. The fines ranged between 20s and 60s, plus costs. '
