M'Curdp said that when the board was first established the Government allocated to it 12000 k.v.a. as the possible demand, and at the request of the board raised the figuro to 2000 k.v.a. The board was also told that the saturation point would be 5000 consumers, and that the 3000 mark would be reached by March, 1932. On the motion of the chairman (Mr. E. Windley), it was decided to celebrate in some suitable way the passing of the 10,000 mark, and it was left to the en-gineer-manager to carry out the details. He indicated that he would have the board's premises decdratcd.
