Mails will close at Chief Post Office, Wellington, and (between 9.30 a.m. and 5 p.m.) at Post Offices, Te Aro aud Courtenay place, as under, except late fee:— OVERSEA MAILS. OUTWARD. Packet and newspaper mall closes half an hour before the time of closing ordinary lettermalls. MONDAY, 25th AUGUST. Great Britain, Ireland, and Europe, United States of America, Canada, Mexico, West Indies, Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Falkland Islands, via Vancouver; also Fiji. Apia, and Pago Pago, and Hawaiian Islands, per R.M.S. Aorangi, at Auckland, 11.45 a.m.; C.P.O. late fee 6 p.m. Lato fee box outside Thorndon Station 7 p.m. Money orders must be obtained by 11 a.m. Mall closes at Auckland 10' a.m. Tuesday. (Due London 25th September.) Note: Newspaper rate of postage to United States of America is M& for each two ounces.
