SUPREME COURT
(By Telegraph, tres? Association.) WANGANUI, 14th August. Found guilty by the jury on three counts of incest, Theodore Frederick Herman Nofikc, aged 49,; was to-day. sentenced to sis years' imprisonment' with hard labour by the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers. On a charge of perjury the jury, after five minutes' retirement, found Jerry Hokopanra not guilty.
