ESPERANTO CLUB.
The weekly meeting of the, Wellington Esperanto Ciub, was held on Tuesday evening at the V.M.C.A., Mr. E. C. Jack presiding. ' Instruction classes were held as usual until 0. o'clock,, after which an' enjoyable programme was.presented. '\ Miss E. Duguid and Miss G. Carty appeared in an amusing sketch, "Ne Troigu." Mr. IS. C. Jack gave in: Esperanto reminiscences of early days in New Zealand.' Mr. C. J. Priestley spoke on "Post-card Collecting by Means of Esperanto." Miss H. Tolley read "Edzinigo de Ratino." The concluding item was an address in the international language bjf the hon. treasurer (Mr. L. E. Dust) on "The Work of a U.E.A. Delegate." Members were glad to hear from -Mrs. C. Leek that Mr. V.'Leek, who is now in Paris, had received a hearty welcome from Esperantists abroad, and is finding Esperanto of great assistance.
