W.E.A. LECTURES.
A slibrt' course' of lectures on "Some Aspects o£ French Life" will be>given by the Workers' Educational Association. in their rooms at the Trades Hall, 126, Vivian street, by Miss Una Castle, M.A., commencing next Saturday evening, 31st instant, at 8 o'clock. The subject of the opening lecture will be: "National Characteristics of the French People," and the series will be well illustrated by a number of fine lantern slides. Miss Castle was the holder of the French Travelling Scholarship awarded by the New Zealand University, and during her two years' study in France acquired a thorough and intimate knowledge of the life of the French people. The lectures are open to all interested, and a small fee will be charged for admission. <
