BROKEN BYLAWS
Offenders against the bylaws' were,dealt with in the Magistrate's Court yesterday by Mr. W. H. Woodward, SJM.
For driving his motor-car in a manner dangerous to the public, Nelson V. Phillips was fined £4. Norman Cress was fined 10s for leaving his car unattended, similar penalties being imposed on Robert John Tait for having no driver's licencef Lionel J. Kichardson, for overloading his motor-cycle; and William Hall for having no lights on his bicycle. Charged with failing to keep to the left, Phillip P. Winsett was ordered to pay the costs, 10s. Similar penalties were imposed on Vera Marsden for leaving her car unattended, and James 11. Tucker, who failed to produce his driver's licence. Fines of £1 each weve imposed on Robert John,Tuit and Allister D. M'Kenzic for having no lights on their vehicles.
