.CO-OPERATION URGED

LONDON, 13th November. The Parliamentary Committee of the Empire Industries Association passed a resolution in favour of close intra-Em-pire co-operation with a view to promoting; economic unity; also that a mandate should be secured from the public definitely authorising the Government to safeguard British industry and agriculture with a free hand to negotiate increased preferences with the freest possible intra-Empire trade.
