LONDON, 13th November. Despite the Mining Association's rejection of the Government's coal scheme the Yorkshire mine owners passed a resolution to-day accepting the reduction of hours to 7* and also the Government's marketing scheme, which they considered sound and likely to promote the industry's interests.
