LONDON, Ist October. It is officially confirmed that the Irish Free State has informed the Dominions of her candidature for a League Council Beat for 1930. The Australian Press Association is infornjed that the announcement takes too much for granted, .as there is no justification to assume that Australia will press her claims aB the next senior Dominion,, the principle to which the Frco State objects.
