LONDON, 30th September. Tho Irish Free State is notifying tho other Dominions that it is agreeable to tho creation of a Commonwealth Court of Appeal, consisting of Empire Chief Justices to deal with inter-domin-lon disputes. v
It ia understood that tho Irish Free Stato has definitely docidod to contest tho Dominions' seat on tho League Council in 1930 replacing Canada not as a slight to Australia, but as a protest against the seniority idea.
