BUGBY, 30th September. / The Commissioners appointed by tho British Government to inquiro into the causo of the recent outbreak in Palestine have postponed their departure for that country so that tho parties principally concerned in the inquiry may have ample time to make adequate arrangements. for the representation of their interests.

It; is probable that tho Commissioners, who were to have sailed on Thursday, will now loave for Palestine about the middle of October.
