President Hoover has summoned Congress to an extra session for the 15th April. The proclamation called for the consideration of further agricultural relief and legislation for limited changes in the tariff, but aside from these two questions, Congress may. take up whatever legislation it desires, vlt is expected that the President will also seek the repeal of tho national origins* provisions of tho 1924 Immigration Act, and the- transfer of Prohibition enforcement machinery from the < Treasury ■to tho Justice Department.-
