Tho i New South Wales, Rugby Unioa will readily second tho suggestion by New Zealand for an international conference during the English tour of New Zealand in 1930, according to Mr. R. Martin, chairman of the Management Committee, who said that, it would also be open for any Dominion to seek consideration of representation .on the International Board, and the possible formation of an Imperial Advisory Board,
