SEA TRAINING
FOR VOLUNTEER RESERVE
Members of the Wellington Division of' the Eoyal Naval Volunteer Keservewill undergo a course of sea training ou H.M. cruisers Duncdin and Diornede during their visit to Wellington next month. Owing to tho vessels' short stay at Wellington it will not bo possible for the whole of the division, whlcii now comprises . 120 men, to take part. Last November sixteen men were put through a course on H.M.S. Dunedin, and next mouth it has been arranged for sixty more men to undergo a week's training on the cruisers. Tne' party will be divided into three sections, each numbering twenty men.' . The first section will embark on H.M.S. Dunediu on 13th April, and the men will live the life of ordinary, seamen until tho flagship leaves port on 19th April. The next section will train on H.M.S. Dioinede from 20th April to 27th April, and the third from 27th April to 4th May. Although the volunteers will not puJL, to sea with the cruisers they will remain on the ships during the time they are in training, except ,when leave is granted. .
