Hugo Stinnes, jun., son'of the'late magnate, has been -arrested and im-. prisoned in connection with an investigation into war loan frauds. It lis alleged that Stiunes attempted to defraud the Government, and withheld information in regard to the investigation of charges against a former secretary of the Stinnes concern.
