Th© Finnish military authorities arrested and escorted over the, border 35 Russians who arrived in three yachts without passports, and landed dressed iv civilian clothes, several carrying cameras. They haughtily told the local police that they were allowed ashore wherever they liked. The yachts -were confiscated. Ono was fitted with a wireless sender and receiver.
