ATLANTIC AIRSHIP SERVICE (Received 30th January, 3 p.m.) WASHINGTON, 29th January. Plans for American assistance in th« operation of the British airship 8100, now being built in England for transAtlantic commercial service, were discussed to-day between the Cabinet, Air Secretaries, and Commander Burney, organiser of the company building the dirigible for the British Government. It is stated that the Secretaries were thoroughly in accord with Burney's aims, particularly, it is understood with reference to granting American mail contracts.
