HICKMAN'S DEFENCE
LOS ANGELES MURDER (Received 30th January, 3 p.m.) LOS ANGELES, 29th Jan. Hickman's attorney has confirmed a report that Hickman will deny killing Marian Parker, repudiating his confession to the police, and, if ho is found sano at the present trial, the defence will ask for a reversal on tho ground that the defendant is now insane.
