HONG KONG, 18th Dec The latest news from Canton shows that the populace's reaction against the Communist outrages is grimly complete. A number of Bussians were marched manacled thrqugh the streets and publicly executed. The number of Beds killed exceeds 2000. The streets are littered with corpses. Throughout all districts there are the strongest indications that China is rising against Eussia. Houses are being searched, and Eussians are being arrested irrespective of whether they are white or red.
