RELATIONS SEVERED

EUGBY, 16th Dec. The Southern Chinese Nationalist Party yesterday issued a mandate severing relations with the Soviet, alleging responsibility of their agents for the recent Canton outbreak. Notices were served on members of the Soviet Consulates, the Trade Commission, and the bank to leave Shanghai by next Wednesday, and similar action has been taken at Hankow, Canton, and elsewhere.
