GILBERT AND SULLIVAN TOUR.
After a most successful tour, J. C. Williamson's Gilbert and Sullivan Company of noted artists will now enter upon tho provincial tour of the North Island, which will commence at Wanganui on Wednesday next, 14th December, and will include New Plymouth (16th and 17th December), Hawera. (l'lth December), Palmerstoir North (20th and 21st December), Dauhevirku (22nd December), and Napier (23rd and 24th December). In the districts named "Ruddigore," and in the districts where the company will remain for two nights (viz. Vanganui, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, and Napier) "Patience" will bo staged, while matinee performances will be given of "loianthe." Important roles will be played by such favourites as Misses Strella Wilson (leading soprano), Winifred Williamson (contralto), Pattl Russell, and Mabel Gibson. The maleß include Mr. Jas. Hay, (the leading tenor, wheiis also responsible for tho presentation of "Ruddigore"), Charles Walson, John Ralston, Bernard Manning, and Lance Fairfax.
