BUGBY, 21st September. Two Austrian studonts, Willi Wehrlo and Walter Klausmeycr, aro at proBent paddling a canoo up tho Thames to Oxford. Thoy loft Vienna on Bth July in thoir vessel, which is of rubbor, is 14ft long, and weighs 601b, and thoy havo como all tho way by river and soa, Thoy crossod tho English Channel from Boulogne to St. Margarot'g Bay in' eight hours. Thoy left London Bridge for Oxford on Wednesday morning.
