BRITAIN AND DOMINION TRADE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) v DUNEDIN, This Day. In tho course of the civic reception to tho British Motor Delegation the apparent indifference *n the past of Britain to Now Zealand's import trade was referred to by Sir Boyd-Carpenter in his reply largely on the lines of his Northern speeches. He stated that it had not been indifference, but want of opportunity. All English industries had been transformed to provide munitions, and when they commenced to recondition the factoriea there was no money available.
