INSTITUTE DEFEAT THISTLE.

Institute 2, Thistje 0, Again Thistle attacked, , but their efforts in front of the goal were weak. Institute came away again, and ."■ the Thistle, goal had a. narrow escape. . Tarrant 'distinguished himself by saving brilliantly twice in succession, both shots coming from Logan. Institute broke away again, and good work ended in Maddocks beating Kirkland.
