V.M.C.A. scored another big win, this time .defeating South' Wellington by 8 goata Institute and Thistle met on the Basin Reserve^ and, in spite of the difficult conditions under which they played, a good game resulted. Institute established an early lead, and played to win comfortably by two goals. The Marist-Johnsonville game at Kelburn Park was abandoned, when Marist were leading 1-0.
