VOTE OF SUPPLIERS
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HASTINGS, This Day. The postal vote of suppliers taken by the directors of the Heretaunga Dairy Company on the question whether the suppliers were in favour of absolute control or free marketing resulted in 613 voting papers being returned. The voting was—B4 signed and 10 unsigned voting papers favoured absolute control; 443 signed and 72 unsigned papers favoured free marketing. Four papers were irregular. Thus 515 suppliers voted in favour of free marketing, as against 94 in favour of absolute control.
