MR. TROUP'S CAMPAIGN

Mr. 6. A. Troup will open his campaign for the Mayoralty in the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall this evening. Mr. Troup will discuss many matters of policy of vital interest to all citizens, and will outline his ideas of the manner in which civic finance should be conducted. Also ho will give the public some information as to the state of the Wellington water supply which will be interesting to a degree. Before the address there will bo musical items by some of the best of Wellington, artists.
