BUTTER "VERY SLOW."

The Bank of New Zealand. Produce Department, has received the following advice from its London Office, under date 21st January:—

"Butter.—Very slow; stored 164s to 166s per cwt, controlled 172s to 174 d per cwt.

"Cheese.—Steady demand for first and second grades; . controlled, white 93s to 94s per cwt, coloured 94s to 95s per cwt."
