-SEVILLE TO THE ARGENTINE. (Received 19th November, 2.15 p.m.) MADRID, 18th November. Three airships will be purchased, and will cost £800,000 apiece, and cftrry 40 passengers, "40 crew, and sixteen tons of baggage;' The Government voted £22,000, and "agreed to subsidise the service, at a maximum of £240,000 annually for five years, after which the air port becomes the Government's property.
