(By Telegraph.) (Spoelal to "The Evening Past.") AUCKLAND, This Day. Nearly forty divorce petitions were heard by Mr. Justice Herdmau and Mr. Justice Adnms this morning. The time occupied in disposing of this large number of wises was three and a half hours.
