(By. relejraph.—Press Association.) GISBOBNE, 15th November. In the Supreme Court Bobert Ernest, Shipp sought dissolution of his marriage with Annie PJlizabeth Shipp on the-ground of alleged adultery, Bichard Kemp being cited as co-respondent, and claimed £1000 from the co-respondent. After hearing ' lengthy evidence, the petitioner wasgranted a decree nisi and £350.
