SUMMONSES ISSUED AGAINST COMPANIES.

AUCKLAND, This Day. No further developments are expected ia. connection with the Takapuna transport question until the prosecutions instituted against the United Motor Service, running from Devonport, and the Waitemata Bus and Transport Company, running from Northeote, oome before the Magistrate's Court. Summonses have been issued, alleging that these companies are running buses in Takapuna without licenses. The cases are set^down.for hearing on Wednesday. Meantime, the passenger I traffic at both ends of the borough is | being carried on as usual.
