REFUSAL TO COMPETE
ACTION OF CHEISTCHUKCH CYCLISTS.

CHBISTCHUBCH, This Day. An inquiry is to ba held into the, action of a number of cyclists who refused to race at the English Park Stadium last Saturday unless tho prize money was increased. The decision to hold an inquiry was made at a meeting last night of the executive of the North Canterbury Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic and Cycling Union. Tho stadium authorities will also be asked to report on the matter.
