The second trial arising out of the alleged plot against the life of Mu«tapha Kemal Pasha has ended. A number of ex-members of the committee of the Union of Progress. were charged with instigating the conspiracy, and ex-Finance Minister Djavid Bey, Nazim Bey, Nail Bey, and Hilmi Bey were sentenced to death.
