A shoal -of eleven local Bills'wa» cleaned off the Order Paper in-the Legislative Council yesterday, including the Eastbourne Borough Bank Account and Empowering Bill, the Pctono and Lower Hutt Gas-lighting Amendment Bill, the Wellington City Empowering Bill, and the Wellington City Milk Supply Amendment Bill, all of which wore passed without amendment. The only Government Bills passed at tho sitting wero tho Local Bailwayg Amendment Bill, which was subjected to minor amendment, and tho Public Revenues Bill. ' .
