NEW PACIFIC CABLE
SHIP LOADS 8500 TONS FOR
DUPLICATION,
(Sydney Sun Cable.) . (Received Ist July, 2 p.m.). LONDON, 30th June. The cable ship Dominia is loading 3500 nautical miles of cable, weighing 8500 tons for the Vancouver-Fanning Island duplication. She leaves- London at the end of August and begins laying in October. Sho expects to complete the work in three weeks.
