DECLARATION OF LABOUR
LEADER.
(Reuter'a Telegram.) (Received Ist July, 2 p.m.) OTTAWA, 80th June. "The decision of the OovernorGeneral not to grant a dissolution to the lata Premier, Mr. Mackenzie King, is an indication lliat Canada is not an autonomous country," declared Mr. J. S. Woodsworth, the Labour Leader, in the House of Commons. Disclaiming any disrespect to the.King and his representative, he said: "If we are debarred from speaking on constitutional questions, we might as well give up at once.''
