WESTLAND AND LYTTELTON.

(By Telegraph.-Press Association.) Auckland, This Day. Mr. Justice Stringer will preside at the eriimnal session at Hamilton on 23rd February. He will then proceed to Westport, whera he and Mr. Justice OstJer will preside over the Electoral Court, which will sit on Bth March to hear the petition of Mr. O'Brien against the return of Mr. Seddon for the Westland electorate.

The same Judges will sit at Christehnreh on 12th March to deal with the petition of Mr. M' Combs against the election of Mr. Lyons for Lyttelton.
