WANGANUI, 4th January. The Wanganui tennis championship tournament reached the final stages to,day. Following are the results of the championship events:—
Men's championship singles: Haegc I Victoria) beat Robson (Auckland), 6-2,
Ladies' championship singles: Miss Bennett beat Mrs. Marshall. 6-2, 6-4. Men's championship doubles: Haege and Malfroy beat Robson and Clark (Auckland), 6-2, 5-6, 6-3. Ladies' championship doubles: Mrs? HollingN and Miss East beat Misses Pragnell and Cameron, .6:2, 6-1. , The combined championship douhles final is unfinished.
