CRICKET
BOYS' LEAGUE.
A meeting of the Wellington Boys' Cricket League management committee v.'as held in the Stop Out Clubrooms last evening, those present being Messrs. A. F. Mason (in the chair), F. C. Gentry, E. Heath, K. Dunn, R. Osborn, and J. Hitchen (secretary).
Telegraphic advice' wag received from Auckland of the cancellation of the tour of a boys' team. The Auckland boys were to have played the local boys at the college grounds on Friday and Sat-' urday next. An endeavour is being made by the league to obtain the co-operation of the Wellington Cricket Association in an effort to promote more junior teams.
