DANCING..

The Bohemian Assembly announces its usual week-end old-time dance for tonight in St. Peter's Hall, when dancing will last from 8 till 11.30. The high-class programme to be provided, together with charming muaio by Miss Hawthorne's Orchestra, and an excellent floor, will provide an interesting evening's amusement.

The pc Luxe Assembly is holding ita usual old-time dance to-night in the Victoria Hall, Adelaide road. Patrons are assured of an enjoyable ni-ht's dancing to the strains of Mrs. Skew's Orchestra, including xylophone, drums, and bells.

The usual weekly social and dance of the Irish Republican Association will be held on Tuesday in the Social Club Rooms, 80, Manners street (opp. Tivoli). The attention of invitation holders, members, and friends is drawn to the Hutfc Valley Tramping Club's social and dance, to be held in the Oddfellows' Hall, Petone, and not the Orange Hall. Music will be provided by the Tararua. Tramping Club, and the programme will include a brief lantern lecture by Mr. F. W. Vosseler on some of the many pleasant aspecta of tramping and camping.

The 15th Battery Social Club will continue to hold its popular weekly dance in the Club Rooms, Jervois cjuay, on Saturday nights. Excellent music is provided by Percy Carter's Orchestra, and a first-class supper is put on.. The Serenaders' Old-time Social and Dance Club will hold its usual session in the Newtown Publio Library. this evening. Les' Robinson's Band will play all •the latest novelties.
