APPEAL FOR ADMISSION. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPIRIQHT.) (AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZIALAND CABLH ASSOCIATION.) (Received 28th August, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 27th August. Messrs. Q. Lansbury, J. Maxton, and D. Kirkwood, M.P.'s, Mr. Swales, chairman of the Trade Union Congress, and Messrs. Purcell and Cook have sent an appeal to the Labour Party Conference at Scarborough urging the removal of the restrictions against the admittance of Communists in order that internecine strife in the ranks of Labour shall end and a solid front can bo presented to their opponents.
